I really think that if I purchase a product THAT expensive, it shouldn't just stop working. Not being an expert I thought they've fixed the key somehow, that's why we're trying again (although first I thought I'm gonna get a new key, but what do I know?!) so I just entered the same key again, and it still doesn't work.Ĭan someone advice me what can be done now? We downloaded the package from Adobe but the registered key is not working anymore. My computer needed fixing, so everything was wiped, we started from scratch. I have registered it with Adobe, all good. If you forgot to delist a usage to give you space to re register a copy, then there should be a place on this USER Account to deregister a copy. You should be allowed to register two non concurrent uses of PS6, so one for your desktop and one for a mobile laptop. Log in and you should be able to see all your registered usages. Īlso did you have an Adobe users password and entry, where it listed all your registered software and passwords. Now when you have the new PC you are listed as not having an install on that version and are free to re register with your original registration details from the CD. Might be an idea to deregister the version in Use ( within the program) then uninstall.

Change the PC and chip/MB/etc and the environment is not recognised. I think it might have something to do with the registration being linked to that PC, using data about the environment.
